What is a Dich?

Dich is our credit currency. Different operations cost different amounts: 1 outreach send = 1 reveal = 1 Dich. Research costs 1 Dich/lead, enrichment 1-10 Dich/lead, company enrichment 2 Dich/company. Searching is always free.

When do my included Diches refresh?

Paid plan Diches refresh on your billing cycle date. Free tier Diches refresh on the 1st of each month. Purchased Diches roll over month to month while your subscription is active. If you cancel, all credits are preserved until the end of your paid period, then expire when you move to the Free tier.

Can I buy more Diches?

Yes! You can purchase additional Diches at any time. The price per Dich depends on your current tier - higher tiers get better rates. Purchased Diches are used after your included monthly allocation.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period — all your credits (included and purchased) are preserved until then. When the period ends and you move to Free, your balance resets to the Free tier's monthly allocation (100 Dich).

Can I upgrade at any time?

Absolutely! You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll immediately receive the new tier's Dich allocation and better rates on additional purchases.
